Although ឧ.COM is an international domain name it is shown in the address bar of most browsers exactly as shown here, the same as a single Latin character domain.
It has been tested in Google Chrome, Firefox, and Opera on Windows, Linux and Android. Unfortunately MS Edge, IE and Safari show the ‘code’ version of the domain, however these browsers are used by less than 20% of all website visitors.
